Exchanges and Returns
To find out if your product qualifies for an exchange, return, or warranty, please read all the information below:
If you want to exchange your Höllsen product for a different model, color, or size, and it has no apparent defects, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
If you want to return the product for any reason, you can also do so, and it has no apparent defects; the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
You have 30 calendar days to make an exchange, starting from the date you receive the product or the email notification that it is ready for pickup.

All our products have a one-year warranty. After 30 days, if a problem arises, you can send the product or bring it to our factory located at Calle 97 San Pedro 1244, Villa Lynch, Buenos Aires, Argentina, and it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
For certain areas, we offer on-site repair service. Materials are provided free of charge; you will only need to pay for the technician's visit. You can also request one of our tutorials to better understand installation or repair procedures.
